Operational organization

BGF Retail operate ‘Shared Growth Promotion Committee’ to realize sincere and exemplary shared growth with small and medium-sized business partners. The Secretariat, the general shared growth policy voting body, is in charge of establishing mid- and long- term shared growth road map, inspecting quarterly shared growth promotion status, vitalizing interaction with partner companies and developing shared growth programs.

BGF Retail operates Fair Trade Autonomous Compliance Program (CP) to comply with the Fair Trade Act and meet the fair and free-market competition order.

Program (CP)

The Fair Trade Autonomous Compliance Program (CP) is an internal compliance system that companies run voluntarily to comply with laws and regulations related to fair trade. BGF Retail introduced CP in 2009, and runs fair trade autonomous compliance programs such as CP training and compliance activities for all employees every year.

Fair Trade Compliance Promotion System

BGF Retail has formed and is running a fair trade compliance promotion organization to establish transparent fair trade and to effectively operate the fair trade autonomous compliance program. The organization that runs this consists of a compliance manager, a compliance team, and a person in charge of compliance, and the Compliance Council conducts legal review, policy advice, and deliberation.
