Promotion of ethical management

BGF Retail’s internal and external stakeholders, such as executives, employees, and business partners, hold ethical judgment as their top priority, and to practice ethical management, we’ve prepared and shared our code of ethics and practice guidelines. What’s more, we conduct regular ethics training for all employees every year to raise our employees' awareness of ethical management.

Please understand that anonymous reports are not received to ensure the effectiveness and reliability of the investigation.

The reporter’s confidentiality is guaranteed, and an undisclosed investigation can be performed if desired by the reporter.

If the reported information is inaccurate or false, the report may not be processed.

Any violation of the Fair Trade Act should be reported to Fair Trade Act Voluntary Report Center.
